With two decades of experience teaching breathwork and meditation for the Art of Living Foundation at universities such as Harvard, USC, MIT and others, I have guided diverse student communities in practical techniques to reduce stress, enhance focus, and deepen well‑being.

Vaastu Shastra is an ancient Indian philosophy of design and architecture that has been practiced for thousands of years. Rooted in the understanding that the spaces we inhabit can influence our well-being, Vaastu Shastra offers guidelines for creating environments that foster harmony, health, and prosperity.

Historically, Vaastu principles were used by kings, rulers, and influential figures to design palaces, temples, and homes that supported a balanced, flourishing life. The science blends architecture with the natural elements—earth, water, fire, air, and space—believing that their alignment within a space directly affects the flow of energy, or Prana, and can enhance various aspects of life, from personal well-being to success and wealth.
